Separatist Beer Project - Auger Pulp

Auger Pulp is seasoned dark sour ale from bourbon in a barrel with the addition of cocoa. Built on a juicy bed of Pilsner malt, wheat, oat flakes and a shade of carafe for a rich brown color. Delicately jumped with 4 year old noble hops from Blendery and air-conditioned mixed culture at home before they put him for almost a year in freshly dropped Heaven Hill barrels on top cocoa nibs.
