Beer description
American wild ale ripened in different (wine) barrels (Rye Whiskey, Pinot Noir, Vermouth) Amber beer with a small, almost white head of foam. The smell has dark fruits, cherry, woody notes and some acidity. Fruity taste of dark fruits and cherries, many woody notes, a little vanilla and acid, light smoky whiskey flavors. Fruity, tart finish.
