Sketches of Cascade is the second dissertation on the effects of dry-hopping a mature stock of wild ale fermented entirely in oak casks with a heavy hand of whole flower Cascade hops. Steeped low and slow, the result is bright and citrus-y with punches of grapefruit perfectly balanced by the herbaceous notes of the hops.
