Separatist Beer Project - Ultra

Ultra is comprised of blended Vienna lagerbier matured in French oak for 6 months atop house mixed culture, then re-fermented and naturally carbonated in classic green bottles. Effervescent and refreshing, with candied citrus overtones, oak tannins, and mild funk, this beer is both wild and easy drinking.
