Septem Microbrewery - Thursday´s Red Ale

The foam gives a deep ruby red that makes it look more like a fruit beer than a dark ale. Malty nose with a sweet biscuit flavor that lingers after the first sip. The initial taste is light and bitter, but this wears off quickly and results in a well-rounded taste.
