Seven Island Brewery - Celestial Fire Master

Created in collaboration with the Texan brewery Celestial, the beer consciously breaks with Seven Island's Citra routine. Here, an exclusive trio of Nelson Sauvin, Dolcita, and HBC 630 takes command. The result celebrates the distinctive character of Nelson Sauvin with its typical nuances of white grapes (Sauvignon Blanc) and fresh resin. This profile is complemented by the complex, ripe fruity accents of the other hop varieties. The finale impresses with a masterful balance between enjoyment and resinous hop notes.
