Wild Ride Brewing - Shades Black Ale

We live in a world often dominated by lighter colored beer. Sometimes looks can be deceiving though, and Wild Ride puts that to the test by going incognito with a beer that is dark like the night, but drinks light in body. We use premium malted barley often used in our lighter-colored beers to create a clean body, and then lessen the bitterness and darken the color utilizing specic black and wheat malts. A moderate hop prole lends a view of citrus and berry commonly seen in the Pacic Northwest or Australia. Don’t be fooled by the disguise, this black ale is both full-avored and easy drinking. The beer’s so dark, you gotta wear shades!
