Beer description
The Catsumà Genziana combines malt from dark wheat, seasonal yeast and a hoppiness reminiscent of a porter. Then there is the unmistakably earthy note of the gentian, which was also brewed. The intense aftertaste is reminiscent of coffee and fruit.
