Beer description

The Indian Pale Ale with its medium body is created where the typical caramel note of a solid malt base dances with the American Simcoe, El Dorado and Citra hops. The aroma reveals passion fruit, ripe lychee, pineapple and traces of berries. A hint of resinous taste gives this IPA a pleasantly moderate tartness. In Italian, “great” means “first”. In addition to the meaning “cook”, “cotta” can also be understood to mean falling in love. This was our very first recipe, the first batch and therefore our first love. Show Less
