In the full-bodied Fat Dolma one recognizes traces of banana, mango and orange. A juicy, sweet and warm taste is complemented by a hint of malt and cloves. The double fermentation of Belgian clove yeast and German wheat yeast in combination with a hoppy undertone turns this lush double beet into a pure sensual sensation.
