Beer description
We discussed the daunting yet fascinating idea of an oyster stout for several months until we finally met Daan from Shuck'n'Roll. Daan serves fresh, wild oysters from the Netherlands in Zurich, which are collected there by his friends on a natural sandbank. He did the same at our brewery in November. The leftover shells later ended up in our beer wort to add a refreshing saltiness to a strong stout base characterised by roasted aromas.
