This original beer was inspired by Belgian Saison beer and made with home-grown Miyamanishiki and early Shinshu grapes.
It is characterised by its refreshing taste and hop character.
With a subtle sweetness and a crispness that belies its high alcohol content, it is one of Shiga Kogen Beer's most representative beers.
