We have long dreamed of brewing a winter Gose. It should be more about warming than refreshing sourness. We took half a bushel of mandarin oranges, sea buckthorn puree, and added cinnamon, star anise, and cloves to the mix. The result is a very interesting New Year's Gose with a bright tangerine colour, complementary spices and our favourite sea buckthorn in the aftertaste. We have not believed in Santa for a long time, but we believe in winter Gose with all our hearts.
