Short's 898

898 is a barrel aged Sour Ale with raspberry and Michigan Star Thistle Honey. Slightly hazy with a romantic pink hue, there are huge aromas of tart raspberry and floral honey. Leading with mouth puckering sourness and ripe raspberry flavors, the floral sweet honey quickly complements it. Tart, sweet, and finishing slightly dry, 898 was brewed in celebration of Al and Jessica’s 10th anniversary.
