Short's Bananas & Blow Creme Ale

A hybrid between a hefeweizen and a porter, just like a chocolate-covered banana added to your favorite wheat beer. Over 200 lbs. of fresh banana puree is fermented with hefeweizen yeast and blended with an American lager that is brewed with 100 lbs. of cocoa. The result is a rich and smooth creme ale.
