Baril de Fleurs is a barrel aged Golden Sour Ale with hibiscus. Bright rose in color, the aroma accentuates the barrel aging characteristics with a blend of oak, berry, and floral notes. Leading with tart berry flavors, it melds with a slight funkiness from the Brettanomyces.
