Short's Brew Ninja

Brew Ninja is an experimental Japanese themed brew made with Yuzu fruit, Sorachi Ace hops, and sake yeast. Bright aromas of lime citrus and floral fresh ginger fragrances awake the senses. A lively, and somewhat spicy, mouthfeel provides tasty flavors of lemongrass with a hint of fresh mint. Some grassy bitter flavors in the finish combine with a unique pepperiness to create a distinct dryness.
