Short's Fantastic Mr. Funx

Fantastic Mr. Funx is an American Wild Ale brewed with pineapple and fermented with 100% brett. This ale has a bright golden hue and a medium white head that clings to the glass. Pear and pineapple scents mingle with bready characteristics, reminiscent of the wheat used in the mash. This beer is neither overtly sweet nor bitter, but is moderately acidic with flavors of fruit and “funk,” and a clean, dry finish.
