Heavy in the Future is a light bodied, pale yellow and hazy Berlinerweisse brewed with grapefruit. Balanced aromas of citrus, clove, and wheat lead into a burst of refreshing tart lemon and citrus flavors, with a prominent yeast spiciness throughout. This brew is very dry and delicate overall.
