Hopstache typifies the bold and almost obnoxious ability that certain American hop varieties have to provide citrus flavors and aromas to our beloved take on pale ales. The aroma is dominated by fruity ale yeast esters and fragrant earthy grapefruit tones. Initial malt sweetness is quite low, tart citrus fruit and floral hop qualities overpower any other perceived flavors.
