Short's Brewing Company - Howlin' Chinaski

A light-bodied, golden straw colored Dortmunder Lager with bready Bohemian lager yeast esters and subtle grassy hop aromas. The overall malt sweetness is quite low with the dominate flavors being that of hearty milled grains. Slight bitter compliments from the German Spalt hops are present, but it’s the remarkable sharp qualities of the simple malt flavors that stand out prior to the overall clean finish.
