Short's Not Poison

Not Poison is a dry hopped Sour Saison brewed with Sumac brewed in collaboration with Rare Bird Brewpub. Pale yellow and slightly hazy with a frothy head, this beer has aromas of fruity esters, clove, tart lemon, and lightly baked bread. Leading with slightly tart citrus flavors from the Sumac and Motueka hops, this beer is light and super crushable. A clean mouthfeel makes it easy to drink with hints of clove peeking out from the lemony sumac. Not Poison finishes dry and smooth with a light tartness, and is definitely not poison.
