Short's Surrounded By the Night

Surrounded by the Night is a barrel aged Sour Stout with lacto, brett, and pedio. This pitch black stout has a tan head and aromas of cherry, vanilla, dark chocolate, oak, and bourbon. At first sip, this beer is moderately acidic with flavors of dark chocolate and fruit, roast, and oak.
