Short's The Bonsai Project - OH

OH is a Gin-inspired Specialty Ale with lemon peel, juniper berry, hibiscus, and coriander with raspberry and peach added, best layered with MI from Short’s Brewing Company. Hazy with a pink hue, OH has a very fruit-forward aroma of berries with a hint of citrus. Leading flavors of lemon blend with the hibiscus and a blast of raspberry before hints of juniper join the mix. This beer finishes fairly dry with a slight bitterness and acts as the top layer for the Bonsai Project.
