Sibeeria - Brutal Barracuda

A classic American IPA is clear, dry, and seriously bitter. Every now and then, we taste a fresh American brew and realize how soft and sweet many European IPAs have become - true Californian hopheads would probably turn up their noses at them. And we fermented this batch completely dry - there is no residual sugar, just an uncompromising hop blast (Mosaic Cryo, Simcoe, Mosaic, Citra).
