Sibeeria - Forrest Spirit/Herrenwald

This fruited kettle sour is a collaboration with our Slovakian brothers at Herrenwald Brewery. It is stuffed full of forest fruits like blueberry, and blackberry and a very healthy dosing of raspberry, this is then complemented by the addition of vanilla. This beer has a light body, is quite tart, and is extremely refreshing
