American collaboration. A teamwork with the Philly lager prodigies at Human Robot, this dry hopped Kölsch features a healthy dry hopping of Nelson Sauvin (Bliss) and Eclipse alongside a large, hop dipped addition of Amarillo, straight into the fermenter during hot transfer. This has created a light, crisp and citrucy drinking experience that has given us the opportunity to try interesting new hop addition techniques and ever improve and iterate on our dry hopped lagers.
