Sibeeria - I Love the Smell of Idaho 7 In the Morning

Idaho 7 is one of our all-time favourite hops, so it was more of a question when, no if, we use it in our single hop series. We did as soon as we could. With this one, we tried how much an IPA this NEIPA can actually be. Keeping it dry and bitter while preserving its smoothness and thick haze. Idaho 7 is the undisputed star of the show and showcases all its beautiful weirdness: peaches mingling with bergamot and even basil. To make sure we reach the desired intensity, most of the hop charge for this beer was concentrated in Cryo form.
