Sibeeria - IPA TONE 0103

While the first two West Coast IPAs from IPAtone series drew inspiration from contemporary New England beers, this one is inspired by good old English ales - 100% Maris Otter malt gives the beer nice biscuity backbone, balancing the intense bitterness. Fruity Simcoe and Azacca hops compliment the rich maltiness with aroma of sweet pineapple, citrus and a hint of pine.
