This pillowy, light NEIPA showcases what is fresh and interesting in the world of hops. Loads of expressive Nelson Sauvin provide aroma of gooseberry, lychee and the namesake white wine that is further accentuated by tropical Motueka and woody vanilla scent of experimental American variety HBC 472. All this plays out on velvety malt base created by a combination of wheat and Pilsner floor malt.
