Bottom fermented
Fermentation
Beer description
West Coast Pilsner, 13° Plato, 5.8% ABV. Characteristic features of beers brewed in the "Western" style are high fermentation, robust bitterness, purity and maximum drinkability. This bottom-fermented variant fulfils the above-mentioned attributes to the fullest. The dryness of the beer is balanced by a sensational fullness thanks to the wheat malt. A distinct but pleasant bitterness is achieved thanks to Amarillo hops. The proven combo of Citra and Mosaic hops in the cryo version together with Krush provides aromas of pineapple, citrus and tropical fruit.
