Sometimes it seems there's a rather poor opinion going around – that weak dark beers aren't worth brewing. As a statement of disagreement, we made this Irish dry stout, using English Maris Otter malt and unmalted roasted barley, hopped with Fuggles. Even a dark beer can successfully quench thirst – and it's not bad at all. Have two!
