Sibeeria - Sacred Tree

A Czech-Polish Baltic Porter that combines the richness of a strong dark beer with relative drinkability. We used a complex malt base consisting of various pale, caramel, and roasted malts, resulting in a robust flavor of dark fruit, chocolate, and a subtle roastiness. Extended aging on Palo Santo wood has infused the beer with a sweet coconut aroma, a hint of fruit, and a depth that enhances the smooth, contemplative experience of enjoying this unique brew.
