It was only natural that one of our holiday beers would embrace this style. We paired the trusty Mosaic with a touch of Columbus for a hint of resin, and added a reasonable dose of Riwaka, bringing distinct notes of tropical fruit and citrus. Clear, bitter, fragrant, festive, fried—ready for muddy roads and snowy drifts alike.
