A melding of minds with our (literal) family down at Bricksworth Beer Co. Second son Cooper flew the… coop (lol) and is starting up a brewpub serving Steel Pan, Detroit-Inspired Pizza & Wings in Burnsville. In anticipation of all the slices we plan on destroying, and to honor the traditional midwest crust accoutrement, we made an appropriately slammable beer to match. An American Lager, light & crispy from rice additions and extended sleepy time lagering. Eat up.
