Side Project Brewing - Black & Berry

Black & Berry is strong, wild black ale that was aged in fresh bourbon barrels with blackberries and black currants. The intense acidity, bold fruit and chocolaty malt is layered with the deep notes of vanilla, spicy charred oak and rich caramels from the bourbon barrels in which this beer matured for more than a year.
