Side Project Brewing - Brett Venture

This ale was 100% fermented in and aged in wine barrels 10 months with Brettanomyces before being naturally conditioned in the bottle. Poured a murky yellow with a white head. Aroma is woodsy, funky wine like fruit. Taste is super funky, tart, spicy, citrus fruit.
