Side Project Brewing - Sere Bloom

Dunkel-style Lager aged in Pinot Barrels then racked to Bourbon Barrels with Dried Dates and Figs Sere Bloom combines the malty backbone of our dunkel lager with the complexity of our native microflora to produce dark fruit flavors and aromas. We then transferred the beer to freshly dumped Willett Bourbon barrels on top of dried figs and dates to enhance the presence of rich fruit sugars in conjunction with the spirit heat and fresh oak profile
