A blend of Saison du Blé and an American Wild Ale brewed and bottled for The Wine and Cheese Place. Aroma has sour fruits and lemon with earthy oak and a bit of menthol funk underlying. Flavor has sour tart fruits with oak, acid and a bit of funk underlying.
