Tête de Cuvée is a blend of some of their finest and oldest wine barrel fermented and aged Saisons. Blend #1 contains Oude Fermier, Oude du Blé and several experimental barrel fermented Saisons, each of which was barrel fermented in French Oak and aged at least 1 year before blending and being naturally conditioned in this bottle.
