Beer description
This sour Quad was aged in red wine and whiskey barrels with Missouri microflora, raspberries, cherries and black currants for 18 months before being naturally conditioned in this bottle. Pours a dark brown with small off white head that lasts. The aroma is stong currant, cherry, grape, oak, leather. Slick body, jammy, very sweet, flavors of blackberry, currants, black cherry, nice tartness, vinous, so complex.
