"Biere de Coupage with Blackberry & Boysenberry - Collaboration with Transient Artisan Ales - In January of 2018, Chris from Transient called me unexpectedly and suggested brewing a coolship batch due to the great weather. We agreed to blend a batch of spontaneously fermented beer with each of our fresh saisons. Afterwards, we mixed in blackberry & boysenberry puree. This beer is incredibly complex, with hints of classic lambic funk and fresh berries."
