Beer description
Pours a cloudy golden orange color and capped by a thick off white layer of foam that settles in quickly to a thin film and leaves streaks of lace around the glass. The aroma shows notes of juicy citrus with hints of tangerine, grapefruit, mango, and a rich of melon over a toasted biscuit malt base and a touch of pine. The flavor follows suit with the tangerine, grapefruit, and mango up front and backed up by the biscuit malts, a firm hop bitterness and a hint of melon. Medium bodied with average carbonation that leads to a bitter sweet and dry citrus fruit on the finish.
Hops
Citra - HBC 394 aromatic hop, Simcoe dual hop
