Beer description

Farmhouse ale brewed by farmers, to quench our thirst during summer hard work in our vineyards. The beer matures 5 months in oak barrels, receiving a wild contamination of indigenous yeasts and bacteria from our natural winery. This mixed fermentation gives freshness, dryness and a gentle acidity.
