Sieman Le Bucce - Rosso Riserva

This beer matures for 12 months in oak barrels. During this period, a slow and wild fermentation by indigenous yeasts and bacteria occurs. At the end of maturation, the company add directly in barrels the Pinot Nero grapes the compan grow on best cru on Berici Hills. The maturation together with grapes continues for further 3 months.
