You will be amazed by this. In the middle of the 19th century many Germans emigrated to some areas of Brazil. Catarina Sour is the Brazilian interpretation of the Berliner Weisse brewed in the state of Santa Catarina using local fruits. A sour beer with a good wheat base, providing silkiness and spicy notes to which we have added obscene amounts of pineapple and passion fruit. Fruit, acidity, freshness... and more fruit.
