Named in honor of assistant brewer Coly (and her favorite fedora), this big, creamy milkshake is bursting with fruity goodness. Pink Guava and Plum give this beer a sweet and juicy tropical flavor, while the additions of lactose and vanilla let you know this is definitely an adult milkshake. Dry hopped with Cascade so you know you’re still drinking an IPA!
