Simsseer - Baierbacher Strandweisse

Thanks to a particularly elaborate mashing process, our fruity, aromatic Hefeweißbier captivates with its pronounced banana aroma - typical of young, very fresh wheat beers. Traditional bottle fermentation additionally gives the beer a subtle yeasty note. This top-fermented wheat beer specialty is pleasantly full-bodied and as tangy and fresh as a jump into a cool lake! Perfectly poured, a fine-pored foam crown covers the amber-colored wheat beer and goes well not only with a clean Weißwurst breakfast, but also with fish and seafood.
