SinghBräu - In Love With the Dark

In keeping with the dark season, we finally have our second beer ready to go! This Black IPA reflects my personal beer journey. It began in Ireland and the UK, and led me further around the world to New Zealand - the land of my dreams. Of course, my love for dark beers was always with me! And since I believe there are far too few Black IPAs in Germany, we dedicated ourselves to this one. First, we added the British all-rounder hop variety East Kent Golding for the dark spiciness. Then, the fresh and fruity Wa-iti hops from New Zealand gave the chocolatey, bitter IPA the finishing touch. Enjoy the dark and reach for the stars.
