The second installment of the New Zealand Single Hop Series, a four-part project showcasing exclusive New Zealand hop varieties. This is an IPA beaming with Pacific Sunrise hops. This tropical fruit bomb of a hop is prized for its tangy characteristics that scream lemon and clementine! These big citrus flavors are complimented by subtler fruity notes of melon and mango, followed by pleasant floral aromatics of pine, berry and blooming flowers.
